Partay in the House!!

Why do they call them sleepovers? In the history of childkind, has there ever actually been any sleep involved? And where would the fun be if they were sleeping instead of talking and playing all night? Or at least until about 2a.m.?

Mark, Matt and Chase come over last night to celebrate Aaron's birthday. They did all the things Aaron loves most: ate pizza, played DS, played on the WII, ate ice cream cake, played on the WII, had a late night water fight, played on the WII, traded pokemon cards, and last but not least- played on the WII. Who knew that "Mario Cart" and "Smash Brothers Brawl" could entertain boys for that long? Ok, we did, but it was still fun watching them have a blast playing. It was little boy heaven.

It was also utter chocomania! Aaron designed his own cake at Baskin Robbins, and was true to his inner Causey. It was chocolate cake, oreo chocolate ice cream, and decorated in the "Sir Choco'lot" style. And can you believe after all that, he asked for biscuits and chocolate gravy for breakfast?! The great part was that his friends loved it all!

It was such a pleasure to have Aaron's friends over. They were so polite, were lots of fun, and got along great all night without bickering at all. In Mom's book, this may have been the best sleep(?)over ever!
